Terms and Conditions

  1. To benefit from the AQSAT program, please login to SAB Mobile/ SAB Online, choose the card used, then Cards Services, click on AQSAT, and then install the transaction according to the months required.
  2. The minimum value of the purchase transaction is 8000 riyals
  3. The installment period cannot be changed once chosen.
  4. The available credit limit on the card account will be decreased by the total value of the due “installment” payments related to the concerned card account.
  5. The monthly installment specified for “Installments” will be added to the unpaid amounts and the minimum due amount, on the monthly account statement, the entirety of which the Cardholder must pay on or before the due date (until the remaining installment amounts are paid in full) in accordance with Clause 6 of the Cardholder Agreement.
  6. In case of late payment or non-payment of installments will lead to the cancellation of the "AQSAT" program and the conversion of the purchases of "AQSAT" into normal purchases, and they will be dealt with according to the terms and conditions of the customer's card agreement.
  7. If the Cardholder fails to pay an amount equal to or more than the minimum due Amount on or before the due date for Three consecutive periods, the bank may, at its sole discretion, cancel any unpaid installments and add an amount equal to the principal “Instalments” amounts to the remainder of the unpaid amount will be payable in accordance with clause 7 of the Cardholder agreement.
  8. If the Cardholder wants to close the Card Account before the end of any “Installment” period, the installments due will be added to the unpaid value which will be payable as required by clause 7 of the Cardholder Agreement.
  9. Any credit balance arising from refunds of claims or amounts deposited in advance by the Cardholder will be used to pay part or all of the unpaid “installments” amounts, in the event that the credit balance is sufficient to cover the payment of all amounts due.
  10. Any complaint raised by the cardholder against any commercial establishment may not be the subject of any claim against the bank, and the bank will hold the cardholder's account for any refunds only upon receipt of a valid credit voucher issued by the concerned commercial establishment.
  11. Cardholder’s Agreement T&Cs apply.
  12. The offer is valid from 15 February to 31 of December 2024.
