SAB Debit Card

If your Card was captured by SAB off-site ATM/CDM, Please refer to the nearest SAB Branch and request a new Card.

If your Card was captured by SAB Branch ATM/CDM, Please refer to the Manager Branch Operations (MBO) to retrieve the retained Card. If the Card was expired, then the MBO will issue you a new Card.

Note: If you do not visit the Branch within 2 working days, the Bank will destroy the Card and you will have to request a new Card.

Before you can use your card, you’ll need to get your 4-digit PIN code through one of the following ways:

By Phone

Please call the phone number that is printed on your card and follow the Below steps:

a)    If you are registered with SAB direct:

1. log in to SAB direct by selecting option number 1.
2. Select option 2 “Account Services”.
3. Select option 5 “Debit card PIN creation”.
4. Enter your 12-digit account number plus 1-digit issue number printed at the bottom of the card (Account number + Issue number).
5. Enter your new PIN code. (4 digits)
6. Re-enter your new PIN code. (4 digits)
7. You have completed the pin creation process,

please ensure you do the first transaction on any ATM machine.

b)    If you are not registered with SAB Phone:

1. Select option 3 “Debit Card PIN creation”.
2. Enter your 12-digit account number plus 1-digit issue number printed at the bottom of the card (Account number +Issue Number).
3. Enter your ID number.
4. Enter the SMS code sent to your mobile which contains 6-digits.
5. Enter your new PIN code. (4 digits).
6. Re-enter your new PIN code. (4 digits).
7. You have completed the PIN creation process,

please ensure you do the first transaction on any ATM machine.

At a Branch

You can obtain your 4-digit PIN code by visiting your nearest SAB branch. Once the PIN code set up has been completed by a member of the branch staff, you can specify your own PIN code at any SAB ATM.

Important:

•  If your card is new or a replacement card, you need to obtain a new PIN code
•  If the card is a renewed card, then you can continue to use your current PIN code
•  The PIN code can be changed easily at any time by calling SAB Phone or through any SAB ATM
• Whenever you select or change your card PIN code via SAB Phone, please ensure that you do  the first transaction on any local or international ATM machine

Yes, this feature will be available automatically to all customers.

The feature will be automatically enabled when the customer activates their SAB mada Debit Card

Yes, they can do it through SAB’s digital channels (SAB Online, SAB Phone and SAB ATMs)

The card is issued with a daily online payment limit of 5,000 SAR as a minimum and the customer may increase it to a maximum of 20,000 SAR and the customer can also choose a daily limit from the following options:

• 5,000
• 10,000
• 15,000
• 20,000

Yes, they can through the electronic channels offered by SAB. Additionally, the customer can activate/deactivate the feature through SAB’s digital channels (SAB Online, SAB Phone and SAB ATMs)

Yes, SMS messages will be sent automatically to the customer’s mobile number registered with SAB.
