Answer 1: In the event an error made by the ATM machine in tearing one of the banknotes provided to the client, it can be replaced at any of our branches or even at any other bank. Note: The client must provide at least 75% of the the banknote that is to be replaced or, in other cases, the client must request an order regarding this matter and the money will be replaced after checking the validity of the claim.
Answer 2: Yes, account clients can change their registered mobile number through a SABB ATM. Other clients can do so by visiting a SABB branch.
Answer 3: Yes, SABB clients can donate to certified charities through a SABB ATM.

Based on the the regulations of The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, banks can offer you loans with repayments of up 33% of your monthly salary. You can visit any SABB branch to find out the amount of the loan you can get, or learn the approximate amount of your loan by using the personal financing calculator.
No, you do not have to present any guarantees of warranties to receive a loan.
SABB understands their customers’ need for personal loans to improve their family situation or achieve their families’ aspirations. In the event of the client’s death (God forbid), SABB can exempt the client and the heirs from all remaining instalments and discharge the debt. To be eligible, the client must have provided true and complete information in the medical questionnaire when taking out the loan. (For more details, please read the instalment agreement.)
SABB can exempt a client from all of the remaining instalments in his debt, if he becomes totally and permanently disabled (God forbid), or in the event of continued disability for at least six months from the date of the event (accident or illness) that has caused the disability. To be eligible, the client must have provided true and complete information in the medical questionnaire when taking out the loan. (For more details, please read the instalment agreement.)

SABB Mobile is a mobile phone application for smart devices. You can conduct a range of transactions through smartphones and tablet devices anytime, anywhere. To access SABB Mobile, use the same username and password as your SABBNET account, and an access code sent to your mobile or security code from your safety device (Token).
All current customers who are registered for SABBNET can also use SABB Mobile without any further requirements for registration.
With SABB Mobile, you can: - Access accounts and details of balances and transactions. - Access your list registered beneficiaries. - Make transfers in Saudi Riyals or foreign currencies - Make transfers between SABB accounts and local or foreign banks (the beneficiaries accounts must first be registered on SABBNET and activated by phone). - Access your billing and payment records (payees must first be registered on SABBNET).
