At SABB, we are committed to making your banking experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. In keeping with this objective, we are pleased to inform you that we are launching the new generation of our Business Internet Banking service during the month of November 2010.

 

The upgraded service has a number of new features that are aimed at providing you with greater flexibility, security and control, alongside other benefits. Details of these changes can be found below.

 

In order to make your upgrade process as smooth as possible, SABB will provide you with the security token device(s) free of charge for the first 90 days after the launch date of 16 November, 2010. During this same period, your current username and password will remain valid, after which you will require your new login details to access the Business Internet Banking service. Therefore, please submit the necessary forms as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

 Benefits of using the new service:

  • The concept of primary users and secondary users is created, wherein the entity is required to approach the bank one time for creation of the user
  • A new concept of single and dual admin control has been created to give you control over the kind of authorisation you wish to give to your primary user(s)

What is single administration control?
Single administration control means: every primary user has the authority to amend access limits of secondary users without an authorisation from a second primary user.

What is dual administration control?
Dual administration control means: every primary user can amend access limits of secondary users only when authorised by a second primary user.

 How to subscribe to Business SABBNET

The following steps:
1. Please contact SABB Business Direct for details of your nearest SABB branch, where you will be provided with the upgrade form and the password and security token form. Please complete and submit the forms to the branch.
2. Approve the updated terms and conditions on SABB website
3. Receive the security token device from the branch you are guided to by SABB Business Direct.
