Saudisation

At SABB, we actively support the Saudi Government’s policy of increasing the percentage of Saudi nationals in our workforce. To help us achieve this goal, we have set up three specialist recruitment centres operating training courses for Saudi graduates from universities, colleges, institutes and high schools, as well as for bank staff with proven performance records.

Our training courses are considered to be among the best in the sector and have helped us achieve our aim. The percentage of Saudi staff employed by SABB has grown from 47% in 1990 to 86.10% in December 2010.
