SABB Graduate Program

Program overview:

SABB Graduate Program is designed especially for recent Saudi graduates (Bachelor and Master Degrees) who intend to develop their capabilities and pursue a career in banking. Participants will undergo different training experiences including in person training with top ranking international universities and on-the-job training across different business lines and functions as per their tracks for a period of 12 months. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be offered a full-time position at SABB based on the internal policies.

SABB has an extensive track record in building and grooming young talent to pursuea successful careers within leadership roles with success stories of senior executives in the bank who started their careers as participants in similar programs with SABB.
