SABB Mobile is part of SABBNET. You can use your current SABBNET username and password(s), as well as the SMS or security code generated by the security device to log in via selected models of mobile phone devices. With the webpage design optimised for the screen size of handsets, you can easily perform banking transactions through your mobile phone anytime, anywhere.

With SABB Mobile you can:

View a list of accounts, details, balances and your transaction history;

View registered beneficiaries,

Make fund transfers in Saudi Arabian Riyals and foreign currencies,

Transfers within SABB to local and international banks (beneficiary accounts have to first be registered with SABBNET);

View and pay registered bills (bill payee accounts have to first be registered with SABBNET);

The related transaction limits of SABB Mobile, such as money transfer and SADAD payment limits, share the respective limits of SABBNET. Service cut-off times for various functions of SABB Mobile are also the same as those of SABBNET.

SABB Mobile is free of charge. However, depending on the service plan you have with your mobile service provider, you may incur charges when accessing the Internet. Please verify before accessing any websites. For details and clarification, please contact your service provider.

Like SABBNET, SABB Mobile is highly secure through the implemented security measures that protect your personal data. These are:

Security Device.

A security code generated by the Security Device (token) is required to perform selected high-risk banking transactions.

SMS Code.

A security code sent to your mobile phone that is registered with your account is required to perform selected high-risk banking transactions.

Encryption.

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption technology is used within your SABB Mobile session to encrypt your personal information. At SABB, we use SSL Encryption which is accepted as an industry standard.

Session Time-out.

If you forget to log out, or your mobile phone remains inactive for a certain period of time during a session, you will be logged out automatically.

I am not a SABBNET customer. Can I use SABB Mobile anyway?

Before accessing SABB Mobile, you should first register with SABBNET through your personal computer. The logon username and password for SABB Mobile are identical to those for SABBNET.

If I don’t have the Security Device with me when using SABB Mobile, can I still log in to SABB Mobile?

You need the Security Device (token) to log in.

Can I change my password through SABB Mobile?

Please log in to SABBNET through your personal computer to change your password. Note that the logon username and password for SABB Mobile are identical to those for SABBNET. 

Can I exit SABB Mobile by closing the phone Internet browser or switching off the mobile phone?

It is strongly recommended that you click on the "Log off" button at the bottom of the screen to close the SABB Mobile session properly. 

Which accounts can be accessed through SABB Mobile?

All integrated accounts, current accounts, savings accounts, credit card accounts and investment/securities accounts are supported. 

I wish to pay a new bill. What should I do?

You have to add the new bill payee account in SABBNET before you can make bill payments to the payee via SABB Mobile. 

What types of transfers can I do through SABB Mobile?

SABB Mobile offers Saudi Riyals (SAR) or foreign currency (FCY) transfer options to self-named SABB account(s), registered SABB account(s), local bank and overseas accounts.

ü  Do not save your username and password on your mobile phone device.

ü  Avoid sharing your mobile phone device with others and only use your own device to log on.

ü  Do not leave your mobile phone unattended after logging on to SABB Mobile. Always log out properly when you finish your session.

ü  Preferably, set up auto-lock and enable passcode lock to prevent unauthorised access to your mobile phone device.

ü  When using a WiFi connection, only use trusted WiFi networks or service providers and enable security protection such as WiFi Protected Access (WPA), if possible.

ü  Only use default browsers originally provided by your mobile phone devices rather than newly installed browsers downloaded from other sources.

ü   Don't use any jail-broken iPhone/ iPad, which may have security loopholes, to log in to SABB Mobile.

ü  Don't install applications from suspicious sources on your mobile phone devices.

ü  Always type in the website address, www.sabb.com, directly into the browser or use the bookmark to avoid being directed to fraudulent websites.
