Pre-Travel:

3. Update your latest address and contact information if there has been any changes recently because we are very concerned to communicate with customers to provide services and support when needed. You can also visit one of the credit card service centers we have in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar.
4. Remember thatyou can check your remaining balance of credit limit, process a payment debiting your current / savings account, and record / log any request concerning your credit card around the clock through electronic banking services via "SABBNet" www.sabb.com, which provides various credit card services. Alternatively, you can call SABB toll-free “8001248888” if you are inside the KSA or 0096614408888” if you are outside KSA.

 During Travel:

1. Monitor your card mobility while shopping and ensure shopkeepers or restaurant cashier didn’t pass / insert it on any device different from the POS terminal
2. If you suspect your card information have been exposed / disclosed, please immediately inform us.
3. Do not write or reveal your PIN to any person, including employees of the bank and the merchant.
4. Do not allow anyone using your card physically or card information. In the case of borrowing your card by a family member or friend with or without your knowledge, you will bear full responsibility for all transactions.
5. In case your card is lost, please let us know immediately, if possible, inform your local legal authorities too.
6. When you checkout from a hotel or return a rental car, please make sure to cancel all obtained authorizations that were reserved in advance by hotels or car rental companies.
7. Do not respond to e-mail messages allegedly sent by the bank and request that identify your personal information like credit card number and PIN.

 While using the ATM:

• If you notice any signs of tampering with ATM machine or that there are fixtures attached to the ATM, you should inform the bank and use any other ATM machine.
• Make sure that there is no person behind you could see while keying PIN code.
• Beware of any person standing next to the ATM and offer you assistance even though he wears clothes similar to bank employees or security guards and do not leave the receipt at the ATM machine.
